1. Does Zitronen do taxes?
Not currently. But that doesn’t mean we can’t assist. We know tax service providers we’re happy to contract with to help file your taxes. However, Zitronen will ensure your books are tax-ready if you choose the Improve Service or a higher level of service. We will even coordinate with your tax company, if you have one.
2. What types of payments does Zitronen accept?
We accept ACH or Credit Card payments
3. When are the payments for our services due?
We will automatically initiate all payments on the first of each month of service.
4. What if we started services mid-month or not on the first of the month?
If your services begin mid-month or on any day other than the first day of the month, we will prorate your initial charge. After that, you will be billed on the first of each month.
5. We need to cancel services, how does that work?
We hate to see you go, but we understand that sometimes it happens. That’s okay. We kindly ask that you provide us with a 30-day notice of cancellation. If the notice is less than 30 days, we reserve the right to issue a pro-rated refund or not.
